It's much easier to set up a business in the UK than it is most Western Europe countries.
Do you remember the case of the NHS paying 80p per pair of latex gloves when they could be bought for 8p by a normal customer.

It’s totally inept and due to the “comfort” a lot of the Public Sector work under.
