O/T Alcohol At Christmas

Had some friends round last night to celebrate end of lockdown. Opened up a bottle of home made plum brandy I started in September to finish off the night. Got to say it went down a treat. Never tried before but will definitely do it again. Wife is making a crumble with the plumbs.

Want to try my brandy soaked plums anyone.

It makes you wonder why anyone drinks doesn't it? Spending money for the privilege of feeling ill the next day. How long does alcohol make you feel good for if it does, it makes some aggressive.
Imagine the pleasure you can get spending the money on other stuff you enjoy.
The only reason i drank was to socialise around our local, but now I can't do that i am not bothered about alcohol.
