Our goals have dried up because we can't replicate last season where goals were spread around the team. Not enough creativity last year either, so who believed that would change with the same players this season against much stronger opposition? Never mind Sam, even Ferguson would struggle with this unbalanced squad which seems to have been assembled out of loyalty to those who eventually secured promotion.

He wouldn’t have put up with working for Lai via Ken and Dowling. Even if Sam walks (or is pushed) does anyone really think that we would secure the services of a half decent manager in our position, with this squad and with this ******* owner? We’ve just got to sit tight and wait until the runt ***** off.

Sam like many managers builds from the back and the defensive part of the game comes first.
The issue is that we have recruited so many players who don’t have a defensive bone in the bodies!
Since Sams talk regarding getting sent off they appear to be frightened to tackle any more.
Diagana, Phillips, Sawyers and Pereira as a unit offer no cover at all for the back 4.
Oh, and only Pereira can create – when he feels like it.
Never thought I’d be glad to see Livermore back next game.

I can’t get this ‘ the players don’t want to play for Sam’. Well who the f*ck do they want to play for then?

Not being good enough for the division is the owners fault which many are not but this lack of effort / application / poor attitude is very much down to the players.

Even those making token appearances earn fortunes compared to the majority in most other walks of life so as someone said, with the attitude this lot have Fergie wouldn’t get a tune out of them

Whoever or if anyone buys us, they need to clear this lot out and start back on a very long road with players who have a competitive attitude. Doesn’t seem a lot to ask as this lot don’t have it

When Alla was interviewed for the managers job surely the main question was 'what makes you think you can turn this team around in order for the club to remain in the the Premier"? I wonder what the answer was?

Agreed 100%. I've worked for some right w@nchors but I've never given less than my best. Too many of our players have fallen short of the basic minimum. I can understand if a player's not at his best when played out of position, I cannot condone much of the half heartedness that was on display last night and on too many occasions this season as a whole.

Totally agree and this could turn into another Pepe Mel situation. Pereira looks as if his body language is all wrong! Fat Sam needs to be ruthless! Diangana looks like he could not give a f uck and Sawyers and Phillips are spineless and useless and not even good enough for the championship!

Considering he's been at the likes of West Ham, Everton and Newcastle (all far bigger clubs than you lot) and once had the England job (albeit for a short period), Big Sam has done you a favour by just taking the job. He's taken a big step down from where he used to being.

It would be just shuffling the deckchairs on the titanic (or a rubber dingy considering it's West Brom we are talking about here) by getting rid now a bringing someone else in.

Bilic did an amazing job in getting such a ragtag side with so little quality to automatic promotion. So this season in the Prem should just be regarded as a bonus season.
