    That piece of land was owned by the guy that had the Sidings built. When he told me over 25 years ago that houses would be built on it one day, I scorned at his idea. Guess he was right. He later went on to turn half of Rotherham into the nightclub scene that it was in the early 90's.

    Not the best occupation to be in right now.

    Interesting reading Grists post as people from Darnall were wanting to move to Tinsley To go upmarket

    You don’t know how true that is.

    I once asked my Dad how we ended up in Tinsley. Apparently it was recommended by some if his family who lived in Darnall
