Again only my thought it would have been better sorting the places out last season on that points per game scenario.
And re starting when the public can get in and watch.
The game is not the same without fans.and these results are making a mockery of the prem.
Thing is Klix, restarting when fans can get back into grounds is a bit of a moveable feast. The restart without fans for the PL teams isn't such a hard thing to bear, there was an article in the middle of last season (i.e before Covid) that showed PL clubs would all make profits without opening the turnstiles. Not so for the lower divisions, where clubs can't make ends meet, never mind make a profit, from the much reduced TV revenue. At least if they are allowed to play, there is some money coming in, (sponsorship, small amounts of TV money etc), closing down until some indeterminate date when fans are able to attend would just kill off most of the clubs in Div 1 & 2 (and some on the Championship).

Yes WTF it has proved a nightmare for the lower clubs...
Some I've read about would have been happy to not play and get the staff and players on furlough.
The prem let's be honest have just been the greedy environment it is.

2 draws from next 2 I would be happy with, never expected a win at Leicester, so that was a bonus, but then again I never expected a defeat to Brighton, tonight anything could happen, like someone else said, Europe is a pipedream, 2 defeats and we're back in that worry zone, finish where we are now would be more than I'd hoped for and an achievement in itself.

As someone said, blood some youngsters, give Bamford a rest, get llorente sorted, give Koch plenty of time for full fitness next season.
Europa league for me is a grave yard it's a shocking tournament and I'm sure we will suffer with league form. We would have to start end of June or start of July. Thursday Sunday is crap.
    Only my view
