He had quite a good game today, what was disappointing was our crossing from really good positions.

Is there better out there? - Yes
Will we pay/recruit better? - No
Will we sell if we are offered £40 million plus - yes

Will you be pissed off if we don't replace with greater potential?

As has been said in this thread we are a one trick pony. The opposition now know this and that is why as soon as Mcneil gets the ball there are 2 sometimes 3 opposition players crowding him so he cant get as cross in or one two`s with Taylor .If we had other playmakers of his or better qualitythen he would get a bit more freedom/space and be able to shine as he did before other teams cottoned on to us only having one man that can put the ball onto Wood or Barnes`s head.
The answer is to have an equally good playmaker on the opposite side of the pitch and also in midfield so the opposition cannot just concentrate on Mcneil.

Dwight has been better recently but my opinion still remains the same - he is miserable - prone to lacsidasical passing putting the team under pressure - unable to tackle - has a tendency to roam from his position. So all in all he has a lot to learn if he wants to progress to a higher level. If we can het a good price for him I would sell.

One thing that Dwight does superbly is protect the ball. He is often infuriating to watch because he possesses so much talent. BUT those balls played up to the half way line that would often be lost possession, he controls and plays someone in.

He can also beat a man and deliver a stunning cross. Just not able (or encouraged to) do this often enough to be considered an international winger.
