Wow, yes that's it!!!!
I don't know if it was completely unheard of back then to do a separate kit deal for the youth team, but it would seem strange, Patrick must have at least had talks with Dunnett regards the first team strip with the Adidas deal about to expire.
If you blow up that image you can make out a lighter coloured ring around the cuff on the right (above the black ring), so that might have been the first use of yellow on a Notts shirt.

Patrick are still going and are based in Belgium. As well as the clubs I mentioned earlier, they also did Swansea's kit the year they finished 6th (1981/82) and Sunderland when they pipped us to promotion in 1988.
