This is just another example in the argument for a lack of loyalty in football (and sport) generally.
Players, fans, managers, chairmen and also the media. We are mostly loyal to one thing. Winning.
He has done wonders with them, they are still in the QF of the FA Cup and even if / when they go down they will be in a really strong position in the championship to return. It is exactly the reason I don't begrudge managers moving onto other clubs, why should they show loyalty when nobody really does to them.

They did the same with Warnock, what followed was a long period of decline
Well it seems everyone is in the know even media but it’s not official yet unless I’m looking in wrong place, fans definitely not happy about it
To be fair he made some really daft and very expensive signings which have been massive failures. Maybe the management don't want to waste more money. What he's done in the past will be quickly forgotten by the sheikh i'm afraid.
That might be where the problem as occurred.wilder has been a success at all his clubs who all have had financial constraints admin embargo’s etc...to an extent not really splashed the cash at blades in past seasons to get to where they are and built it up with the same players...them players have been replaced and probably he had too much money to spend and arguably wasted it...sometimes managers work better with little money.seems odd but sometimes that happens..
This is of course if bbc woke are correct in there reporting.I dare say radio dee dar will have the glass to the wall .so I reckon it going to happen.
.
Can't see him being out of a job for long.
Newcastle maybe
This has been going on since Jan and the LMA have been involved for the last 2 months trying to broker a peace deal. The board want to bring in a Director of Football with Wilder as Head Coach effectively removing Wilder from running everything at the club, including recruitment.
Wilder unhappy wanted to walk in January, LMA been trying to smooth things over, all came to a head last week when Wilder gave his terms for staying for next season.
Loads to come out over the next month or so it will not be pretty.
Chancer at S6 will be happy takes him out away from the spotlight for a while
