We have an Enzio and a Rodrigues. Just need them to be in the squad at least!

Totally agree. IB’s team selection worked well on Saturday but Torquay tried to play. Against the more negative sides we need at least one of those players to offer us that bit of creativity. I suspect JOB might be struggling for tomorrow but I fear the boss might replace with Griffiths!

Tomorrow's team selection will tell us a lot about what to expect for the remainder of the season. His options might be hindered though due to injury but if he insists on sticking with 3 at the back I think it's safe to say the likelihood of seeing the likes of Enzio, Ruben and Sam again could be minimal.

However, if lacey is injured and he is forced to go 4 at the back then it does open up possibilities for those players again.

As others have said, Doyle, Reeves and one of O'Brien or Griffiths are pretty much nailed on in midfield as I think he would see them as the safe option. problem is that combination is not likely to win anyone a promotion, not even at this level.

Another better performance but still struggling in front of goal before sneaking a 1-0 win late on. Probably someone like Chicksen to score.

Interesting bit on Rodrigues in an interview with Mo Ross on the BBC I just saw.

Brought him up unprompted when asked about Roberts being injured. Said something like ‘we can only focus on the things we can control, like Ruben Rodrigues - how does Ruben behave and perform, can we make him better, can I give him some individual analysis, can I improve his diet, can I get his home life better?’

Suggests they know they’ve got a good player there but there’s some things they’re not happy with off the pitch maybe?

Notts to win 2-1. Luke Steele with an injury time winner (apparently he scored 2 hat tricks in his last two games for his last club

We'll win this time. If we play like first 70 against Torquay and don't give silly goals away from set pieces.

    2-0 Notts

    Wooton back on target x2
