Apparently not as out of touch as you!

The post you quoted was from sid, not me.

Unsurprisingly I fully support this stand against abuse, racism et al on all social media platforms. The number of examples (and these are only the ones reported by high profile players) in recent months is shocking as is the extent to the personal abuse.

How effective it will be is anyone's guess but it won't do any harm to highlight it on such a grand scale and universally across all of football.

I therefore stand with my brothers and sisters in arms:

The FA, Premier League, EFL, FA Women's Super League, FA Women's Championship, PFA, LMA, PGMOL, Kick It Out, Women in Football and the FSA.

You regularly use the term "#mission".

Please could you explain exactly what your 'mission' is, what the aims are, and how you hope to achieve it? Then we can all decide whether we agree with it or not.

Please don't hide from this question with your usual #obsessed thingy, just pretend it's not me who is asking. If you are on a mission to change this board, surely asking what the mission is isn't an unreasonable question?

It's very much in keeping with the reasons behind the universal decision by football in this country to instigate a widespread social media 3 day blackout. Obviously there are a few more layers but they are secondary to the main aim and more NCM centric.

Recent events on here over the weekend can only be seen a positive in my eyes (and clearly others by the responses/comments) , it's been a great few days for the #mission and big steps have been taken.

We should no longer tolerate it.

The question from this big news story is will it be effective? Will it be the trigger to properly tackle something that clearly needs addressing? Or will it be a token effort and about as effective as t-shirts in a warm up or rainbow laces.

Will be an interesting story to watch evolve. I do believe now is a great time for this to happen (it's long overdue) but as we've seen with other recent national/global causes real action has taken place and attitudes are a changing.

All well and good, but I said "Please could you explain exactly what your 'mission' is, what the aims are, and how you hope to achieve it?" A clear answer would be appreciated, rather than avoiding the question.

I'll give you a start to your reply - My mission to make NCM a better place is...............

Give up please before this turns intolerable for the rest of us. Who really cares what Laddo’s mission is? It’s destined to fail if he thinks he can change the board, unless his mission is to stop endless, meaningless bickering in which case I fully support it and hope he succeeds.

I do for one. I hope he tell us rather than says #nobodycares yet again.

How do you think he's done in stopping "endless, meaningless bickering" so far? Has he made it better or worse?

WTFAYTA? Centric? It's a fricking message board!

    "tolerate it". Tolerate what precisely?

Were you born a Tw@t or have you grown into it?

We have a moderator, we do not need a self appinted "missionary".
