Fantastic signing for them. He was obviously the one we were all hoping for over the past two weeks when we were shouting sign a top class striker. Well done Chezzie. The competition at the top just got harder me thinks.

Really surprised he's gone there, I was expecting him to go to a top end League 2 club or middle of League 1. Chesterfield seem to be spending big, but as we know to our cost that doesn't always work out for the best.

What I find frustrating about this, partially old news. They’ve taken the piss with the furlough scheme and, to some extent, spending money they saved last season.

I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't in title contention this season, but if we're not I would bet a lot of money that it isn't because we don't score enough goals.

Do you mean in terms of a fan’s favourite, galvanising figure? Cos in that sense, Rodrigues and Roberts have got that absolutely sewn up I would’ve thought.
