Devil's advocate - Lewis punts Verstappen into a wall and could have killed him a week prior, gets a worthless 10 second penalty. Did he stop to see if Verstappen was ok or did he just carry on and win having taken his rival out?
Verstappen here looks at the cars. Lewis is revving the nuts off it trying to reverse (until he is told to stop by his team) so pretty sure Verstappen knew Lewis was fine so can't see a complaint there.
Also, got to have some sympathy. Verstappen doesn't just punt Lewis off. Lewis pushes Verstappen onto that kerb and moves after the escape option has passed. Hitting that kerb, thanks to the lack of room given by Lewis (who could have left a tiny bit more space with no loss to himself) is what caused the accident. Verstappen doesn't decide to do a Senna/Prost Schumacher/Hill and just punt his rival off the track (or even what Lewis did a week or so ago for that matter).
So I'm with Coulthard, racing incident but unsurprisingly, Verstappen has a much more severe penalty than the waste of time 10 seconds Lewis got. Favouritism maybe but certainly a lack of consistency. As they pointed out on C4 - Leclerc did the same thing last year, no penalty at all but its not like he was in a Ferrari at Monza....
