He never got the chance - not one of 'Stevie's boys' - mind you that happened to a few.

You listen to all the top managers they all say having a good squad off human beings is the most important

    All?

Anyhow to them being a good human being is a player that doesn’t upset the others in the squad.

Looking at past Millers, would you say Gerry Gow and Stewart Talbot weren’t good human beings, or McIntosh, or Swailes?

Players that had real grit and fight.

RUFC is a football team not a social services branch of Rotherham Council

How many players do you find like that in modern football in general? It's not just our club that has moved away from that style.

I'd say players like Wood and Smith have real grit and fight, although it is getting rarer.

Mary Shelley's, Victor Frankenstein must have thought having a good squad of human beings,
is the most important, when he built ' Frankenstein '.

This is a real obsession with you isn't it and there isn't a shred of proof that it "is his biggest failing."
Another example of making a statement as though it's a fact when really it's just your unsubstantiated opinion.

Makes me chuckle at the amount of people on here with a "man crush" for PW..sure I agree hes 1 hell of a nice guy...but as a manager hes found wanting...totally inept and tactically clueless at times...for all his faults give me Evan's anytime
