Last match Mrs G had her card hand scanned by a steward just in front of turnstile. He said it was ok.
Two yards forward to turnstile and the system rejected it

The club is still unable to issue Q codes to smart phones for match day tickets so it's either collect from the ticket office or post.
This isn't helping the queues and there's clearly still a problem with the system
Fans Being swift at the turnstiles will help though
