    Aside from the puns, this is a serious point. Given all the building work going on by the river with the new developments stretching down to Colwick, you’d think the land is worth a lot more now than a decade ago. Wasn’t there talk under the Trews of building a hotel there? Does the club own that strip of land without actually owning the ground?
