    Absolutely dreadful

Ramsey gets injured so he brings on Ashley fcuking Young

2 soft goals if you were awarded points for misplaced passes we’d be top of the league

We had a corner 10 seconds later it’s being passed back to Martinez

Unless there’s a massive improvement in the next 45 minutes I think we are witnessing the dying embers of Smith’s reign ☹️

Oh Dear, dreadding WCV verdict on this one!
We just couldnt put a pass together, did the hard work getting back to 1-1 then fell apart. The confidence will be rock bottom, with southamton away Friday night and the Int break coming up, I fear for Smith but the results recently and performances are simply not good enough ☹ whisper it, 3 points of the RZ.

We haven't been able to string 3 passes together during the last 8/9 years. No idea what they coach. Should they have to coach passing to players on 50K a week?

We’ve all had better views of the game than poor auld WCV, what with replays and such. What the poor auld bugger has had to endure is the draining atmosphere and journey home, bewildered by the sh1tshow that unfolded in front of him.

Probably the worst of the 4 successive defeats for me. No logic or meaningfulness to any of our play. Just reacting poorly to whatever the opposition throws at us.

Rotten time to be on the Wagon. I will have to compensate on the 1st Nov. Woohoo, that's tomorrow.

Evening all - did I NOT like that!

Something fundamentally isn't right since that collapse vs Wolves, I don't understand why any team would allow a team in great form and 4th place to have so much time on the ball. I was expecting big things from West Ham but they didn't really need to get out of 1st gear, if Buendia is a winger then I'm a chinaman.

It took a sending off for us to show some fight, unacceptable that we don't do that for 90 minutes regardless of who the 11 are in front of us.

Positives - Matty Cash was immense, Ollie Watkins looked more like his old self, Nakamba's energy and Bailey's work rate. Emi's save from the free kick - the next goal at 2-1 was always going to be important to the outcome of the match and I thought we might snatch it but the stoppage instead of playing the advantage from Nakamba's challenge took the momentum from us.

One thing you won't have seen not being there is when they got the first the players were arguing with each other, DS has his work cut out.

Horrible journey there and back too, a bad day at the office

Too many bad days at the office becomes a poor excuse, as i said before, rumours of a rift with Mings, Cash and McGinn who, does not look himself, he looks wound up and frustrated. Things behind the scenes are not right, Terry, Riley moving out quickly, set pieces coaches, is Smith happy, is he being constructivley forced out?

With the sending off, wrong bloke but one of them was going to go, think we may appeal.
All in all, we are streets behind WHU and they have not spent like we have, the excitement of spending 60 milliom on Buendia and Ings has faded and we again are looking for a leader, replacing Jack was always going to be difficult but we have some hope in Bailey, can we raise his game or ruin him??
Big push for a result v Southampton, I think they will be licking their lips at this one, 5 defeats in a row is sackable, maybe start looking ahead at Nuno who is for the chop at Spurs?
