Just can’t guess. Two from the top three I think will fill 1st and second but expect a late run to ruin someone’s plans. We are in a very good position at this point in the season. That’s all I can say.

Bournemouth have quality all over their squad and consistently play well. Bournemouth and Fulham will take top 2 spots and if you invest you get your just rewards!

We were the club that opened the doors for black players to become established in the top flight.
I'd like us to get automatic promotion then stick 2 fingers up to the EPL and do a deal with the play off losers. We get 75% of the EPL money and stay in the EFL. They get 25% and a shot at the big-time.

We should finish in the top six, play-off places. Injuries and suspensions could affect that, though. We all know what the play-offs are like, if we come up against a team with a canny manager, we could find that Vals system will be disrupted.

Let’s hope so! Suspension to the captain Livermore will be the only way he’s not in the team!

Meanwhile Mings was dropped today as Captain!

    Funny old world😭

PS - what’s the chance of Lai spending 10 million plus on Dike in the January window?

I think if we don’t add to the squad in January (please buy Yokuslu and a striker) then we might scrape into the playoffs, if we invest properly and I don’t think we need to spend a huge amount then we could finish in the top two, if I was to bet I would say we will finish where we are now..

Long way to go and we are in a good position. Better position than 1976 and 2002 at this time of year.
    Top two, definitely top six.
If we can add someone like Dike in January our chances would be very good.

We have more chance of you running the marathon Des than the little c unt in China financing the Dike deal. Can Zohore not be sold as that would contribute a tenner to the recruitment funds!!!

I will be pleasantly amazed if Dike is signed. Can see us finishing in the play offs only because the competition is so very poor. We are so predictable that we will be found out then. But maybe…….
