In all my time watching Barnsley - has there ever been so much hope placed on one player (to replace Dike) that has turned out to be such a failure ???

OMG !!!
Ok - the defence hasn’t got the brilliant offside trap of last season - basically because Mads and Sibbick are missing in the brilliant defence we had last season.
But the reason we are losing ain’t owt to do with our defence.

The reason we are losing at half time after DOMINATING the first 20 minutes is because …… we failed to score during that time because of our ATTACK - and that has provided Hull with all the CONFIDENCE they needed.
We see it time and time again - a team struggles to score and all it does is give the opposition confidence.
Until we sort out the strike force we ain’t going nowhere.

Morris and Dike (or Obbi) are being missed massively.
But as Khaled has said - we arn’t playing that style this season.
Hence the reason we are losing.

We look totally lost in this game big time. Hull where there for the taking today. Why oh why are we Persisting with Woodrow who looks like a bag of utter wast of time. Why is sibbick not playing and why oh why are we still playing with a back three. It’s not worked all season. Where a utter plop.

I've defended these players for the majority of this season but I can't and will not defend that today .

Only one team ever going to win that after first ten minutes. Not good enough. Disappointed. Can’t see us getting out of this one… Woodrow for me stops more moves than he creates, and the ability to get down the left didn’t happen second half until Styles came on.
We seem to have also lost some of the cynicism and ruthlessness we had…. Benson not a “Tackle” In the Mowatt mould. Although he has good skills with the ball forward.
We need to get a bit more Val…..

That game was AWFUL!! How did we do a 180 so quickly?

Benson turned the ball over a million times, Woodrow couldn't do a thing, and Jasper was clueless. ALI did everything he could but no one else wanted to play.

I'm glad Bradley was speaking up and yelling near the end of the game - nice to see some passion and leadership out of SOMEONE for a change.

Man, just no bright spots at all today.
