The PCR test does not identify antibodies. It is highly specific and tests for the the genetic sequence of the SARS-COV-2 virus. Originally Posted by great_fire

Covid 19 is a Respiratory disease only when it wants to be.
For me it’s been 90% neurological, severe headaches and one what I would call, Headache from Hell, all over the head as though my head was in a vice and slowly being squeezed, very scary time, then it just stopped land a slight headache since then.
So once the virus has entered your nasal cavity, it can go up, or down.
