When I saw the title of the post I thought you'd finally admitted that you might have been wrong with your "Gone by Xmas" thread

Well done on the achievement. 3rd Dan, is that plays like Barlaser, built like Desperate and suave as Craig

Along with my black belt in kickboxing martial arts has given me a lot of discipline.

We have a couple of young lads who we are working with at the moment trying to keep them out of trouble. They were referred to us by a local copper.

Martial arts has the power to teach discipline and give young people a focus.
Best thing I ever did I still have a short fuse but I’m a lot more disciplined now.
Don’t know where I would have ended up without it.

Well done on your achievements Pocket, you're correct it does teach discipline.
Son-in- Law is black belt, eldest granddaughter has just achieved black belt earlier this year and grandson is red belt / tag.

Your comment I don't know where I would have ended up without it !
I would guess with a bit of humour thrown in that you would be walking round East Dene collecting ASBOS..LOL...

Well done again and good luck with the two young lads, it could be the making of them.!!

    Absolutely brilliant my friend!!

It’s refreshing to hear about a story from someone with such good values.

I don’t post much these days but I do look for your contributions pal as I’ve always found you to be such a good fella.

    Top respect to you pal…

Very impressive, Pocket, and very well done. I have a special admiration for people who persevere and reach a particularly high level of competence in something.

Blimey you've been busty t'0wd lad.

First marriage And presumably the wife has been tiring you out with the bedroom athletics, now you've got some serious martial arts qualifications and your football club is top of the league

Hats off to you lad. Impressive
