Are you saying that once he leaves the Turf he will be a certain shoe in to the England set up?
We are talking about a set up that, since he last played for them on 11 Sept 2018, has played 41 matches, won 30, drawn 7 and lost just 4 and for which he was a named sub in 2 matches in 2019 but did not get on.
Do you honestly think that they are just going to select him because he is no longer at Burnley?
If he goes elsewhere and performs why not , What have the other three done in an England shirt Sub.

It may not happen Sub , but he’s more chance than when playing for us.

We have stopped doing what Burnley do.

We are going down with a whimper.

I know this does not matter in terms of results ,but the image of Tarks ,for their 1st goal , I just do not know why Tarks, as a professional player attempted to block Harrison with his left leg/foot? The left foot can not hold a shot, a block with the right leg/foot ,it is much stronger, plus going in with the left leg/foot he would be turned towards the goal,( here the right shoulder is turning clockwise)so he faces the goal!! Even if the shot is saved but rebounds to Harrison. Tarks has no control to block Harrison again.. That interception was crazy. I just can not believe his action as a professional player. Would anybody anybody agree? Even school kids would know this!!! I am lost for words

I gave up trying to understand why he dinked a ball with Harrison two yards away after watching his nonsense four times on the video.

I think you were less combative in midfield and up front which allowed your back 4 to be put under more pressure.

At the start of the season at your place you pressed us and harried us all over the pitch and that seemed to be lacking at the weekend.

You are better than Norwich and the Barcodes. I also think you are better than Watford and Everton (the way they are playing anyway).

You just need to get a couple of Ws under the belt.

Maybe too many are reading the media rubbish and you are trying to play a different way - if Dyche is allowed to stick to what he does then you will be fine.

Hope you stay up as you offer something different to the league and always good to have teams the media doesn’t fawn over in the league.

also - he gave up chasing the ball, put him under no pressure which allowed him to get too near to the goal, even gave him sight of goal...and still he didn't close him down....at that rate, he may as well have walked it in.

I’ve said this before... when Tarky came into the team after a long wait on the bench... he was super sharp, made incredible tackles and was praised in the media for it. He looked like a world class CB... but after securing his place in the team his mind seems to have gone somewhere else, and he has not progressed like I hoped he would. For me it looks like an attitude problem, and it would be interesting to see him alongside Van Dijk or Varane to see if they could get him to perform at the level they do. But I don’t think that is going to happen...
