    It would be a comprehensive bonus to his game were he to communicate more effectively with his defence.

    Did he expect to have been sold before this season started? Bids came in to low? Well they may very well be a lot lower now. Foster's kick outs were for the most part atrocious. Can't see any serious bids coming in for him....

    You are probably correct. If he is sold in this window it won't be for as much as we would have got last summer but I don't think there was that much serious interest then. If by keeping him until the end of his contract, will it make the difference between promotion or not? Probably not. To be honest, whether he stays or leaves, it won't be a great issue.
