I’m sure the players aren’t blameless but we can’t sack 20 blokes

I still cant get my head around why you would give a guy 4 years to build a house and then talk about sacking him because he didn't complete in 1. The board should have been honest and just said you have half a season if we aren't where we want to be you get the sack. Which of course is ridiculous and puts a ton of pressure on a guy. Yet here we are...you have a 4 year contract but it means Zip.
