    I'm still puzzled as to how the EFl can class a legal claim that has virtually no chance of success and is purely speculative, can be classed as "football debt". Its outside the normal rules of the league indeed it seems the EFL are actually encouraging clubs to sue each other, how is that good and effective regulation of the game?

    Nor do I expect Boro or Wycombe to go for Morris's offer. They would be on a hiding to nothing given both their claims are on a what if basis and maybe basis. But if they persist it will be liquidation and they get nothing anyway, so puzzled as to why they are continuing with them.
