That was a huge red flag in my opinion that things behind the scenes didn't sit right with him .

You could also argue that Val and Mowatt didn't believe that the club were going places either .

The only people who think they are right about this thing are Conway and co despite the evidence suggesting otherwise and that's not just limited to us either given the protest the fans of Nancy have held today .

That was some protest by the way .
I 100 percent agree Animal. Dane Murphy leaving was massive. I think he'd lost faith in the model as you say and didn't get on with Conway. That's why I think we may also see Khaled walk.
The Nancy protests looked substantial. We'll see what happens 😉

The silent no statement by Chien Conway & Co on Dane leaving tells it all.

He was not the only one to jump ship either and assuming Chien & Conway don't change then Khaled won't stay around just being a piece of toilet roll for his current masters.

Strange seeing Sedge come on to the pitch to attend a injured Huddersfield player yesterday, bet he's glad he jumped ship despite being a Red.

    Some saying I have a fixation on Dike - I haven’t. He’s gone and ain’t coming back.
But I’ll mention him here anyway 😂😂😂
Dane told us we had got him.
Then as you say Dane leaves without one single word from the club.
    Why ?
And the same applies to Dike - not a single word from the club why he returned to Orlando.
    Why?
That in itself shows there are things there that the club dosent want the supporters to know.
Because no reasons were given - the supporters have filled in the gaps - thinking that he must have been too expensive.

Then staying on that target striker position in the team - the mystery thickens - why buy an expensive replacement for Dike when the directors of the club have already decided no longer to play vertical football?
And knowing that player is injured and very injury prone.
    Why?
A massive investment for 25 minutes of playing time.

Which also ties into the conversation on here that we have now only one target striker at the club - but he’s pushed out wide left.

We would have been nowhere near the top 6 last season without Morris and Dike.
Two target strikers with the ability and strength to win the ball when it was played up to them, hold the ball up, allowing other players to move into forward positions …… and score.
I’m watching what’s being dished up now and still trying to get my head around why the tactics from last season have been so drastically changed.

They told you that too , because the style of football we played didn't lead to any of our players getting sold for decent money .
