You certainly seem to have gained a lot from some utube vids Pacman - hope what you suggest is an accurate reflection of the man - obviously we need him to succeed,

I know it’s only twitter but lots of tweets saying Orta and Kinnear out this summer - looks like we are going full blown U S of A this summer and suggests Radz will have sold up then too.

Who cares unless we survive what good would that do. : Let's survive then sigh relief. A dare say more than them will be gone seasons end if we do.

I guess we shall find out for ourselves over time. The videos I have watched are his so it’s not hearsay if you know what I mean. He gives these coaching videos and expresses his philosophies on team spirit, tactics, growing the team ethos, game plans. They make sense but can we execute them? He claims to have learned to cut the “intensive” part of training to shorter sessions and that he has learned that by doing so, he gets a better outcome and output from a player. He’s keen on players pressing and going the final yard to complete the move rather than what he says is a failure when a player presses but doesn’t complete that final yard. I reckon we did that in the Championship but weren’t able to do it in the Prem. That and the man marking thing may prove enough to keep us up.

Still think we’ll do it. Gives me more hope as well after looking at other teams’ fixtures

Videos and words mean nothing as you say only time will tell. Seen so many videos of players and they look out of this world and once you see them in the park you say WTF. For example, our reserve Goalkeeper looked a million dollars on clips now we were looking for a backup keeper in Jan lol.

The club were looking at Klaessen and Meslier when we brought Meslier in on loan and at the time Klaessen was more highly rated - which I guess proves your point

I didn't trust myself to post anything that didn't involve profanities up until today (and still don't).

Totally agree Orgs - lots of rumours on twitter about this being lined up for two months and that in January 49ers would only sanction Marsch wanted not Bielsa.

Kinnear allegedly fought in vain to keep him but Radz supposed to have said nothing.

Who knows but have a feeling some of this may come out and if it does and it’s right suspect the 49ers may get some stick (not that they will care).

I just try to keep reminding myself how lucky I am to have seen this chapter and been to as many games as I did during it (whilst wishing I had got to more).
No complaining, no cheating, no blaming he just smiled and got on with it.

Suspect he sees success in a different way to us and will be more pleased by the development of players like Phillips, Copper, Ayling and Bambi etc than by accolades or titles.
