Hadn’t realised Dele Alli had signed permanently for Everton, for some reason I was convinced it was a loan with an option to buy. He’s still on the bench this evening, was crâp against us a few weeks ago mind.

He might cost Everton £40 million. I thought Spuds would do well to get £20 mill for him baring in mind he's been out of form for about 3 years

They’ve spent a fair few quid in recent years. Considering there’s been talk of FFP strains, that transfer could be like a millstone round their necks for the next few windows.
