Definitely the biggest factor, I honestly believe we would have stayed up otherwise

but mistakes comes down to the quality off player you have david seaman once said the difference between a good goalkeeper and a great goalkeeper is how many mistakes you make ... everyone makes mistakes at work and a footballer is no different.

Blackpool and Luton similar size club and budget. Ronnie Moore, Steve Evans and Neil Warnock kept us up before enough said.

Not enough said. Last time in the champ our wage bill was circa £5m Wycombe was similar the next smallest was £11m Barnsley was £12m The wages are the problem. Warnock and Evans operated on wage bills of around £10m so Warne has his hands tied behind is back. The difference is the quality of the loans you can get, those 3 or 4 players make a massive difference.
If you think Blackpool and Lutons wage bills are around £5m this season go and give yourself a talking to.

With a squad of 26 that works out at around £10,300 a week. Does the wage bill take in everyone on the payroll or just the players squad?

Take the 3 relegated teams out + the other teams still receiving parachute payment and an average of £35,000 is pie in the sky.

When we were talking about keeping Lewis Wing people we saying we couldn't afford his wages.....now he full time at Wycombe......

Just wondering how Luton can have a wage bill of £14m when their ground capacity is 10,300
That's roughly around our average attendance when we are in cship
I thought FFP rules limit spending for those clubs that abide by them

Maybe a club of that size can spend that amount but our Chairman chooses not to do so

Obviously all clubs make mistakes but we made them when there was no need towards the end of season.
The players were good enough but I think maybe a few additions will be needed next season if we are going up, can’t keep expecting wingers to be wingbacks even if they’re doing a decent job
