    Yep - there’s been a shift of emphasis.
    From requiring head coaches that can deliver a high press European style - to a requirement of wanting a head coach that can deliver the development of young players.

    Unless there’s a clear change of direction in the summer I’m expecting a mid table finish next season with a team full of late te.ens early 20s.

    Asbaghi is known as a coach who develops young players - so he fits the current needs of the owners.

    How anyone wants to buy a season ticket to watch that is beyond me.

    Portsmouth, Oxford, Ipswich, Bolton, Charlton, 4 from Rotherham, Sunderland, MK Dons, Wycombe, Plymouth and Wednesday! Plus tricky trips to places like Exeter, Forest Green, Burton and Lincoln, with a team having to rebuild and being predominantly made up of kids, I can see us fighting it out to stay in League One? I’d jump at a mid table finish now!
