when he was going off the pitch tonight with the fans singing his song it made me think he might stay. Money talks though so maybe not

That was the performance I was looking for on Sunday, sigh, but thoroughly deserved point tonight, chased and pressed throughout.
Need a similar performance Saturday. As Chick said, 4th would be the icing on the cake.

I actually thought both 1st half's tonight and Saturday's were carbon copies but the 2nd half tonight was much better, we reacted excellently to going a goal down.

I really enjoyed that game/performance tonight, haven’t said that much this season. Thought every player contributed, Pleased for the manager and players.

Well done Tam Courts and the team

Very impressive first season, had got us Europe despite not being able to field his strongest team consistently since about October (where he did play the same line up quite regular apart from the odd enforced change) due to injuries, covid and losing a good few players in January

Ballsy line up yet again against the old firm and the 4th game in 8 we have taken something, deserved tonight and the post let us down tae

All round very good season for the second one back in our journey back to where we belong, not always pretty but nowhere near as bad as made out either at times, the more attacking style can come but we need to work from a solid base, plenty to improve on and good recruitment needed but we have the right man in charge due the medium term hopefully as the players have knocked their pan in for him all season, they play for him

There is nothing wrong with those first halves either against they two, gives you a chance in the game, as you say second half was much better tonight

I was happy with both 1st half's too and if it wasn't for Benji's wee error we could easily have frustrated Sevco the more the game went on and taken something. Benji was back on form tonight though.

Might 5th be better than 4th?
In the very first qualifying round, we’d possibly face the likes of 2nd or 3rd in the Luxembourg, Andorra, Gibraltar, Wales, or San Marino leagues. A level of club we might beat!
An extra game would mean an extra home gate. For our first home European tie in a decade, no matter who it is against, a crowd of 6,000 at £30 per skull would come along. That’s £180,000 in the coffers. Then a bigger team in the next round in front of a bigger crowd.

With this current United side i have never once been able to predict the outcome of any game this season because you really never know what you are gonna get.Saturday could be different though because County have had the stuffing knocked out of them with missing out on europe and they are now on the beach whereas we are taking up our biggest support ever and have got everything to play for.
I am not really bothered whether its 4th or 5th but i think our players will be right up for it because of the backing they will get and the beachballs etc getting launched on the pitch.
