A nice short wee trip up the road to Apoel would be welcome and could even talk the missus into the tannadice round as well!!

No carnage by alcohol but am sure she would max out every card in the Overgate.

Someone was complaining about the drums, some about the flares. Get used to it if we get Apoel then be prepared also for riot cops, and in the right climate some real banter.

    Both beside Blackpool.

    Both away.

    Carnage.
Also rumour that the Preston games not happening, shame if true as I was planning on going with a couple of Preston fans from work.

I know we've lined up Sunderland at Tanny in July - Sat 16th.

Yeh my son mentioned that as well. Bit underwhelmed by that to be honest but a Shed trip to Blackpool would be superb.

They will bring a big support up with them still on a high from winning promotion to Championship. Will be a cracking atmosphere for a friendly.

Yeah it'll be a decent day. Hopefully the sun's out and we get a decent wee game akin to the Newcastle friendly. Great to have friendlies back instead of that nonsense of a League Cup group stage the last few years. Using a national cup competition as your pre season games completely devalues the competition when players clearly aren't fit and clubs haven't nearly filled their squads for the coming season.

Agree 100%. Frankly I think the biggest benefit from qualifying for Europe is not the ties themselves but having a longer pre season break for the players and staff and secondly, dodging that League Cup nonsense.

I know the Sunderland game’s meant to be the 16th - but has anyone heard when the Fleetwood/Preston games are likely to be?
