    Just seen the highlights from yesterday and it does leave me feeling a bit more optimistic for this season. We looked sharper in midfield and players were running off the ball more thus creating space. It was good to see players getting into the box at every opportunity. Dike's goal looked excellent but when I reviewed it, I wasn't sure whether it missed his head and came off his shoulder. The new additions have given us some impetus and when Yokusolu joins them it hopefully means that we will be challenging for the top six spots this year.

    Trouble is though we all know Livermore will be back for the first game, so the faster midfield won't happen.
