The problem will be rogue countries with a hatred of the west, ie North Korea and Iran.
China is the fastest growing economy on the planet, they would be loathe to spoil that.

Serbia will join up with Russia too and wouldn’t trust Hungary or Turkey whatsoever - in fact these two should be thrown out of NATO if they appease Putin or help them avoid sanctions!
