Hardly rocket science and in an industry that is awash with data I think it just beggars belief that we have not prioritised a goal scorer for this season.

Yes great to have Swift and Wallace but we created the 3rd most shots last season with the format and players we had last season. Conversion of those shots though a completely difference thing, 23rd last season out of 24!
Awfully difficult position to fill though. There are very few proper goalscorers in the league and they are worth more than we have available (you would think). We started with potentially two decent goalscores in Grant and Dike...which is two more than the season we went up under Bilic with HRK and Zohorre up top.

We now need one to replace Dike, but I almost guarantee it won't be someone who can hit the ground running and guarantee goals.
