Living in Notts I know a lot of Forest supporters including a brother in law.Two of my drinking mates are big Forest fans and both have Tyneside Connections, one was born in South Shields and moved to Mansfield as a kid,the others step dad used to work at Wills on the Coast Road before moving to Players at Nottingham. They are both happy at the big spending as the money is covered by money gained from promotion to the Prem and say the Greek owner has not had to put his hand in his pocket as yet.Like me they both think it is a risk but worth it if they stay up.

So the payments are going to go into a pot and distributed out for infrastructure projects rather than to perpetuate the ballooning cost and wages of players.

Not sure how this pot will be distributed however it certainly won't address Forests financial issues if they are not successful in their quest to stay up.

Much as I would like them to maintain their status in thr top flight.

They are up to their 20th signing, How did they manage to sign Lodi from Athletico Madrid? I thought we were told he would cost
    £40 Million.

Cant see them down. I think they will click into gear at same point. Too much quality to go down. Struggle maybe, but not relegation.

    It's a loan deal I thought.
