Glueing themselves to the speaker's chair when parliament is in recess - you couldn't make it up.

It's not about the economy stupid, it's about the home we live on.
I am all in favour of all kinds of protest against the system, which values money over people.
If people don't understand how very serious this topic is for our species then they deserve to go extinct.
This is huge. And it is not for your children to deal with, it's for us to deal with.
This shyte is going to get a whole lot worse before many on here are dead and I know many on here are over 50/60/ and 70.

Well you got to hear about it west, so it has worked.
People know they have to do something but they are leaderless and so there for come with their own protests.
    There dead right too.

It’s a load of yoghurt knitting Woke’s with nothing better to do Dubs.

It’s not going to change anything.

We all know by now that we need a greener planet yet look at the mess we are in due to Putin, we are scrabbling around trying to get enough gas to keep us warm this winter!

You can go back as far as Thatcher in the 80’s when it comes to the neglect of forward thinking on our energy.

Nuclear was always the simple answer for our needs from the 70’s up to at least 2050 and beyond until newer technologies kicked in.

If the war continues we are in for a very hard 10-15 years even if we ramp up nuclear power building from this point.

By the way, I see it’s now becoming cheaper to use petrol rather than electric in cars! 😤

You watch, this “all news cars must be green by 2030” mantra will be ditched shortly.

Unachievable in my opinion, we won’t have enough electricity to supply the beef let alone infrastructure.

Protesters are protesting about stuff that we all know and most agree with that can’t happen due to circumstances and ongoing ineptitude.

It's irrelevant what the protest is that is carried out. This is a huge crises that nothing is been done about.
I'm fine with that. Electric car are gimmicks only. Never fell for that.
It's all just tinkering around the edges and avoiding taking the serious actions that need to be taken.
    Total b o l i c k s
By the way....Putin has actually inadvertently got Europe and the rest of the world to start seriously looking at reducing big time our wastefulness.
People are at the end of their tether with the lack of meaningful leadership. The looming environmental disaster is much much closer then the science is presently indicating...
I honestly think people actually believe this is another generation's problems.
It's not, it's ours right now.
The deterioration is much quicker then thought even as little as ten years ago. This is moving faster then anybody in science thought possibly even twenty years ago..
