No, I don't think he could do any worse than Bartley but he's enjoying his time and getting his toughen up knocks in.

Griffiths is very promising but as a young keeper he has rough edges to his game that he's ironing out, I'm not sure our crowd would take too well should mistakes at our higher level occur.
You might be right. We need a back 8 considering how slow Bartley is!

Many are forgiving of young kids because like some of the Blues players last night - they run their legs off! Bit like Asante - many would be patient and understanding but Grant ( our 15 million player ) often is non existent!

Bartley will be on five times the pay of Caleb Taylor so you would take that into consideration!

Hate to think of the combined salary of Livermore - Reach - Phillips and Zohorse compared with youngsters who wouldn’t do much worse!

What I don't understand is why so many on this forum questioned why we loaned out Caleb Taylor, I know that I certainly did, but Bruce couldn't see the problem. He knew that even before Ajeyi's injury we were short in this department. Surely if we could see it, then why couldn't he? To a degree it's the same with Griffiths. Basically, poor management.

Apparently, we do have an immediate return clause on Griffiths. Pity we didn't do the same for Taylor!

And why Kipré on loan!? One of the players who didn’t embarrass himself last season.

Seems like a footballer with common sense over greed.

He could probably see which way the club was going under the Lai-Bruce partnership.
