    Indeed

They even arranged a new team photo as a momento
Grist, the team photo is a 'front' cover, it's shows peace and harmony but, if you turn to page 2...........

Mind you if he thinks he’s took us as far as we can, it is good he’s left cos I don’t think he has.
Had enough tears last 12 months so I look forward to the next appointment to coach the fine players we have.
This for me is no different to the Smith & Ihiekwe situation, in fact it’s worse because of the timing.

So if both of you dont think PW has taken us as far as he can, then please tell me how far you both think he could have taken us, and how he could achieve that under the financial constraints he was working under? I'm intrigued. UTM

    Like a pianist

Most can play pub piano, some are better and can do small concerts but then a level is reached and the skill isn't there for the higher levels

Same with Warne, got the plan and system for league 1 and below but not the extra it needs to push the club higher.

And I think he knows that himself

Wow so basically it's nothing to do with money, and all to do with PW just not signing/picking the right players/team that would push us on to the next level?
That is what you are saying isn't it Grist? That money has nothing to do with the fact that PW couldn't keep us in the championship?

By staying up and solidifying our place in the Championship which is/was a reasonable goal to set.
