The keeper has to go , I ve stick up for him to now but after today I’m afraid he’s the smallest 6ft 5 keeper I’ve seen - defending woeful , but smashing big balls in the air up to Tella is not the answer either.

Why did we stop involving the wide men ?

Schoolboy defending. Muric OMG. Horror show, and to top it all Barnes took the huff and went for an early bath.

I saw the team and thought this lot will never cope with pub brawlers. They didn't.

Well I think this has been coming for a couple of weeks. Last two wins somewhat fortunate. We were outplayed out muscled and out prided. Why we didnt bring on the taller players earlier is a mystery Yaylor/Egan Riley given the aeriial threat. And when we did subs were not good enough. Extremely disappointed

Tired legs and a keeper who acts like he is 5 foot 6 inches instead of 6 foot 5 inches. That was a woeful 45 minutes but I half expected it.Sheffield had an extra days rest and are a very physical side.We were late at every second ball and their 5th goal was clearly offside. The set piece defending is horrendous.

How many times where we stood watching the ball? where are the last ditch challenges that where bread and butter with Mee and Tarks.. hands on hips watching them..

Out muscled. Outfought and outplayed. Worryingly, VK had no answer.

For a big lad, Muric is one rather large soft arse.

Muric did manage to pull off a cracking save from a header but he could probably have claimed two of the corners that resulted in goals. Blameless for the first which was lucky however he didn't command the box and the defenders were bullied, hence the result.

Fair result,no complaints..We just didnt turn up in the second half.Maybe tiredness set in. Muric does seem to be scared of coming for the ball in the area.Needs a few hours with the ball being pumped into him under pressure in the box on the training ground.

I recorded it and have just fast tracked the key moments; he was getting little or no protection from the centre-backs, the incoming balls from set plays and long throw-ins were crying out for Barnes to defend.

Their first goal came from a wrong decision, it was not a corner and their fourth goal was at least a yard offside. Benson was fouled in the build up to their third goal and other than that we were bloody awful.

Sadly, today highlighted what I said at the start of the season, we have some good players, however, we are too lightweight.
Sheffield United exploited our lack of height and lack of steel and this is oging to happen against a few othe rteams this season, starting next week against Rovers.

We have done great up to press and I sincerely hope that we can pick up again after the World Cup, however, I just can't get away from my original gut feeling.
