JOB for Bajrami and possibly TAR for Nemane could be possible changes. No disrespect to Bajrami or Nemane who have had some great games. It just seems like our form has dipped slightly (only draws!), so a bit of rotation maybe?
I'm also thinking that if the recruitment team can add the defensive midfielder often discussed at the start of the season, this would be great. I'm not sure if Ed Francis is injured, but he doesn't seem to be in the frame at the moment.
Ed Francis has had plenty of chances to prove himself but consistently underwhelms - doesn't influence the game anywhere near enough to justify a place in the starting XI or even on the bench.

Certainly will be nice to have JOB back as an option/alternative and to keep pressure on Bajrami's perfomances. Same applied with TAR and Nemane, shows good strength in those positions.

I got there last night, in with the Sarfend mob, who made a great atmosphere it has to be said

Slocombe 6 - Commanding in the first, wobbly in the 2nd. Our players have to be better at being ready to receive his passes. Too often they are caught flat-footed.
Nemane 6 - Yeah, the goals came from his side, Bridge was a problem, but Nemane did a tough wing-back job pretty well IMO
Brindley 5 - Seemed off his game to me
Baldwin 7 - Many Rolls-Royce moments, which add a lot to our play
Cameron 7 - They made it tough for him but he fought his way through
Chicksen 6 - Not really impactful, should have done better with the chance at the end
Palmer 8 - MoM, much better at breaking forward into space than before, in addition to his usual mid-general role
Bajrami 5 - shabby game in possession of the ball, needs to tidy this up
Rodrigues 6 - Not much came off for him despite all his efforts
Langstaff 7 - Did his job, we already take his superb goalscoring for granted
Scott 7 - Anonymous in the 1st, fought like a lion in the 2nd. Brilliant speciality goal for him - near post drive. Teams will have scouted that now!

    Subs
Austin 5 - Didn't contribute how LW would have wanted him to
TAR 7 - not on long, but looked very potent, great wing play to create the late chance
Castro - Not on long enough to mark really

I actually saw him nursing his arm a few times so if that's the case he did ok with a bad injury

Got to agree about Brindley, not impressed needs to get closer to attackers, giving them far to much room

That’s my opinion too. Backs off too much, when it’s unnecessary, for my liking.
Needs to find his pre-Coalville form asap.

Same applies to Cameron, noticeable drop off from last season's very high standards when he was consistently a top performer.

Yeah let's hope he rediscovers his top form. For one thing, he's hard to replace. I don't think Rawlo can play there. Baldwin is interesting (with Rawlo in the middle) and him running into space and distributing would be great. But defensively, I don't think he's nimble enough to cover for the RWB. TAR there is an idea, but he doesn't have Brinds' knowledge and feel of how to play that role well. We need Brindley at his best to sustain our challenge at the top.
