Maybe you think anarchy is a good thing and the lunatics should be running the asylum (that's if you're allowed to use that expression nowadays &#129300.
It might be, but if he's fully silenced we would never know would we?

Maybe that's why he chose Piers Morgan, not trusting other outlets to report what he said without putting their slant on it.

Even in the BBC report that started this thread they inserted a comment about how many goals he scored this season, which is completely irrelevant.

Carlos bent one free kick in that's all I can remember about him! Ronaldo can't hack it now in the premiership but talks like he can! Millionaires, billionaires some just talking about football! Rich get richer!

So in your world if people speak out against authority they are automatically anarchists or lunatics? Also why do you assume that people who may have a political belief in anarchism are lunatics, doesn't that show your limited knowledge of what anarchy is or the fact you have been manipulated to believe that. As for your original attack to my post, you also assume that it was based purely on logic, I am not Vulcan and although I suspect you have spent many lonely hour fantasising that you are live within the Star Trek universe, you need to know that nobody else is either. You ask me if a Rotherham player did what Ronaldo has done would I be happy, well if our club was run as badly as Manchester United is, with owners that have little or no respect for the club or it's fans, then yes I would be very happy for a player to be brave enough to speak out about what he saw. It is clear that there are many fans protests against the current owners of Manchester United so perhaps they value hearing from Ronaldo, or perhaps they don't. As I stated on my original post, I think Ronaldo is doing it go his own reasons and to fuel his own ego, rather than for the good of the club, I am pleased he has if for no other reason than it is amusing to watch.

Quite right, Ronaldo might be massaging his own ego but what he says could still be correct.

The most shocking news I see it that they are paying him 500K/week. It disheartens me as I know now he probably won't be at NYS in January

If Ronaldo spoke out when he was in his pomp I'd listen. Bad signing at his age past it starting for Man U.

Most of the premiership teams would play him but not want to match his current wages

Gru actually makes a good point. There was no speaking out against his employers last season when he was playing. Now it’s everyone’s fault but his.

Same as their fans. They only sing anti Glazer songs when they are losing.
