Same old, same old? Rashford came so so close with last kick of the game but would we really have beaten them on penalties if it had come to that? Somehow doubt it. Much better second half with Saka especially causing them problems but not a game where we could claim to have deserved to win despite refereeing decisions not helping us.

Shame they weren't able to show more urgency. I thought we were really in for it in the first part of the match when France were zipping it about and players were moving quickly. OK it didn't come off for them but that is how I like to see it played.
