The Vine on Saturday?

I remember the Vine meeting and subsequent get togethers in the Sportsman. There were also, the infamous Baggies Barge days. There was a well reported trip to Peterborough, I can’t remember if it was a cup or league match, and several of us gathered in a pub with an excellent selection of beers. It was in that Peterborough pub that Mick made the acquaintance of his friend ‘Oldham’…………! I still keep in touch with BaggieBoyGeoff and meet for lunch occasionally.

It was a 2-3 league win in late summer 2009 Kets.

A 17 year old Chris Wood made Luke Moore two goals that night, the night I realised just how good Wood could be........alas Albion didn't.

The infamous night that started my feud with OldhamBaggie, the only forum member in that pub who couldn't be a r s e d to speak to me and blanked me the whole evening.

Everyone else I met that night I am still friends with.

Oldham was an obnoxious little toad, universally disliked by every other forum member.

I’ve heard that he can’t be a r s e d with Albion anymore and spends most of his time slagging the club off.

Think he prefers his trips to watch England play.

The best ever incident was when he got into a massive argument with someone one night and used some disgusting terminology in attacking them, some of it was racist if I remember correctly.

Next day he came on here and said it wasn’t him that had written it but it was his wife!🤡🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
