So much for local politicians protecting the ground then! We should be able to pause any activity that risks the ownership of the ground!

Fear for us Dave! Can honestly see administration ahead and I predict by February Gourlay will walk out - won’t miss the t wat but that’s how rotten the club is!

Don’t go up - all the best players will be sold off to further fund the Chinese c unts pockets

Now that is pessimism in the extreme! Worrying situation, though.

It's not just the ground. It's everything owned by the 'Group'. Stadium, land, properties, players contracts and projected future incomes. Everything. '.....secured against the club's assets'.

That's all the order does, delay any sale. It's never been about protecting the stadium. It's about making life as awkward as possible for Lai and any prospective new stadium owner, especially one who isn't bothered about what happens to the club itself.

With interest rates going up rapidly now, a loan will prove very costly as interest rates are been tampered up mercilessly by the bankers.

I had a mortgage back in the early 90's at around 13%. Not fun.
Our best possible way forward is hope we get promoted this season. It will instantly make the club much more appealing to any prospective buyer.

Just read his profile. Says he's been the owner of WBA for 52 years. Does he live in a different time zone or is he just telling lies?
