Last night both Nemane and Chicksen supplied a couple of decent crosses with their 'unfavoured' foot but it was Cameron when trying to clear in the first half that wound me up as he sliced with the outside of his left when the obvious choice was to put his right through it!

you can't blame just one player last night they were all crap. the play was boring and predictable its funny how Notts are top of the league but very boring to watch where has the entertainment gone?

The biggest problem last night was having three centre backs, a defensive midfielder and a defensive left wing back. Chicksen isn't going to take on his man. We really need to drop a centre back and get in a left winger.

Have Brindley and Chicksen full backs and push Nemane up. Then maybe drop one of Scott or Rodrigues to the left wing because as it stand, if teams sit back and they will at meadow lane, we have zero movement

It looks as though the wheel may be falling off, although i hope its just a blip. The downturn in fortunes coincides with Bostock's introduction into the team. When he plays he seems to nullify Palmers effect on the game, which effects the whole team. We need to get
back to playing the high tempo game which has given us so much success for most part of the season. Having Bostock in the team makes us look sluggish and pedestrian.

Notts will be playing 4 4 f****g 2. While I think this could be an option when Plan A is not working I can’t see Williams or the owners switching from the 3 at the back with 2 wing backs - though I agree a different option to Chicksen would strengthen us and clearly it is not Taylor in Williams eyes. Last night was very frustrating but I don’t think we should be considering ripping up the blueprint.

There was nothing wrong with the team in the first place. The downturn coincided with the inclusion of Bostock. That's where the problem lies. He is the sort of player that you bring on for the last 15 minutes to see the game out.

Last night sounds like we were but we have been far from boring in recent games , nor this season. Quite the opposite IMO.

... what is happening with coaching at youth level? How can self respecting individual players get to age 16 without practicing to improve their weaker foot to the levl where they are confident and effective? All you need is a wall to kick the ball against ...
