    Is that correct?

    Given the leg room we have at NYS, I'd have thought it was just replace seats with rail seats, that have a barrier built in to the back and seats can be locked in upright position if safe standing.

    So would be like for like, although would allow more than to stand with their mates (in the wrong seat/stand)

    ....I thought the ticket you buy gives you a number where to stand, so the numbers wouldn't change. You're stood if front of the rail seat number. You can't stand where you want, unless of course it unreserved standing/seat.

    That would never work with some pissheads and yes we’ve got some, who would just want to stand closest to their mates, I mean, they can’t or won’t even sit in their designated seats they get for away games causing total havoc.

    No, the current designs allows for a bigger difference between rows of the standing rails resulting in two rows where there used to be three.
