Whatever way to go to try and establish ourselves in this league should be done in incremental steps
Tony likes that and MT has alluded to it as well recently
Get 2/3 quality players in each season in an attempt to make some progress in the right direction
Luton did it that way as MT has quoted a few times
2 seasons until our centennial and hopefully we’ll still be looking upwards and not down the division
Players with most distance covered per 90 in 22/23 Premier League:
11.2km - James Milner
11.2km - Brenden Aaronson
11.0km - Ryan Christie
11.0km – Christian Eriksen
11.0km - Roberto Firmino
Come on lads and Lasses, how about some optimism, for a change.!
I'm more optimistic with MT managing us than I have been since Warnock kept us up & before that Evans was manager.
We haven't the funds to buy "better" players,so we need another way to win games.
Warne realised this pretty quickly, I sure that Taylor will as well, hard graft, organisation, and team spirit is our way forward.
This is basically what got Luton promoted along with a decent goal scorer.
