Arctic Monkeys was disappointing, lots of style but boring - fell asleep, Guns & Roses on the other hand smashed it. Elton John another level, no sound buds in his ears, worked the crowd and had me a bit teary as I know my late mom would have loved it.

For any Smiths fans out there check out Rick Astley's set with Blossoms, really good - he seems a top fella.
I saw Elton live a couple of months ago and he’s still excellent.

Blossoms are a very good band, I love this…

Never seen the attraction of Glasto' but then I've never been. At £320 a pop or whatever it is I'm unlikely to ever see the attraction either because I won't be going.

Mate of mine has been every year since I don't know when but couldn't get a ticket for this year, he felt let down and excluded, probably a bit like those who can't afford £320 and can't see over the 8+feet high fences.

I can imagine him watching it on TV at home in the garden complete with a bucket hat, wellies and a filled watering can over his head to complete the Glasto' experience.

He's in his early 60s so if he wanted to go the whole hog he probably paid too much for a slab of Carling and some overly chopped nose powder before throwing up and s hit ting in the corner of his garden.

People am a bit odd at times......
