    Well, you certainly have a point there BT.

    Having read details about both Mendy and Greenwood and their respective charges, both seemed a bit naive and targets for the WAG brigade.
    Partying and excess basically.
    One thing is for sure; their experiences have been a massive "wake up call" for the pair of them but no one is perfect, and sadly too many out there love to point the finger before all the facts are known!
    Joey Barton was the key signing in Clarets promotion push (and he never put a foot wrong)-up to me I would have both Mendy and Greenwood (class acts both of them) and whilst mud sticks I have always enjoyed putting noses out of joint!
    Everyone deserves a second chance -a jury of 6 men and 6 women in Mendy's case delivered unanimous not guilty verdict!
