You're missing the point BT, what you're upset about is relevant but this is a footy board and is the wrong platform for your concerns but i suspect it will continue, your political diatribes that is.. from my perspective you occasionally suck me in but i try to stay apolitical and just enjoy the banter. On a brighter note the pleiedes meteor shower can be seen on a clear night in August which information is totally irrelevant also but something we can enjoy as a spectacle, at least shooting stars has some relevance to the PL.

They are not political diatribes k_c, I simply connected to a thread "Most boring story" and thought illegal immigrants dying in the English channel superseded the Harry Kane saga. The decisions politicians make affect us all every day, even on the football field.
I am constantly reminded of the quote from Martin Luther King Jnr, "“There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right.” If only our politicians would do the "right thing".
